GreenSquareAccord and The Waterways
There are 500 new homes on the Waterways – 105 of which are owned and managed by GreenSquareAccord(GSA).
GreenSquareAccord was formed in 2008 and now includes Oxford Citizens Housing Association (OCHA), which has owned and managed homes in the area since 1866.
Today, GreenSquareAccord is a major provider of housing, regeneration, care and support and commercial services in diverse communities across the West Midlands and South West. As well as managing and improving its current properties, it provides a range of market-leading new homes, from social and affordable rent to market rent, and homes for sale through its commercial subsidiary GreenSquare Homes.
